My story, short

17 years at Samsung and Motorola. Led the team that launched the world’s first ARM-based Chromebook. Since 2015, an entrepreneur. Built a startup (TaxiBay — 82 agencies, 4,500 vehicles). Helping leaders across 90+ companies across IT, pharma, and manufacturing and working with founders of startups for scaling
business.

Every time something went wrong, I found the same thing underneath:business.

It wasn’t the product. It wasn’t the tech. It was how people were making decisions.

That’s what led me to Dr. Robert Cialdini — the world’s top expert on why people say yes. We are India’s only Cialdini Gold Partner. Not to learn sales tricks, but because his work explains how people actually make choices when they’re unsure. And that’s what every leader deals with, every day.
